Each resident can park their (1) vehicle in the parking garage for $100 per parking space. Vehicle Safety: Extreme caution must be used by Residents when driving and parking within the community. All speed limit & stop signs posted throughout the community are to be observed. Residents will be held fully responsible for injury or damage to person(s) or property caused by their vehicle. • Parking Garage: Residents are to park in a uniform manner (within the lines) to assure that other vehicles, driveways, and fire lanes etc. are not blocked. SPEED LIMIT OF 5MPH STRICTLY ENFORCED. Reserved parking spaces are available upon requests at additional rates. • Playing: Playing in the driveways or parking areas is prohibited. • Unauthorized Assigned/Covered Parking: Residents or Guests who park in restricted or reserved parking spaces assigned to other Leased Premises without authorization (if assigned parking is available) will be towed at owner’s expense without prior warning. Execution of this Addendum waives Lessor’s responsibility to provide Residents, Occupants or their Guests with a verbal or written warning prior to towing vehicle. • Damage/Theft: Lessor accepts no responsibility for damage or theft of Residents’, Occupants’, Guests’, vehicles or personal property while in parking lot. • Alarms: Vehicles with alarms that are set at an excessively sensitive level causing them to frequently signal false alarms must be adjusted, repaired or disabled. A vehicle with an alarm that sounds and is not disabled within 15 minutes will be towed at owner’s expense without prior warning.
